Shipping policy

We ship to South Africa and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

For delivery within South Africa, our standard shipping rate is R150. A free standard-shipping rate may apply when your order qualifies; checkout will show whether it applies.

For eligible international destinations, our international shipping rate is R310. Availability depends on the delivery address entered at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges are not included in our shipping rate and may be payable by the recipient.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share any tracking information available for your shipment. If you have a question about delivery, email candgactive@gmail.com with your order number.
