Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing candgactive@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with its tags and packaging where applicable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available. We’ll review the issue and explain the available remedy, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. We’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs when we ask you to return an item we sent incorrectly or that is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible change-of-mind return, we’ll confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
